Inspector's notes

Observed the clear water line from the water filtration system threaded down into the floor drain drainpipe with white and pink organic matter growth covering the line and drain. Informed PIC that the drains need to be kept clean. Informed PIC that the water line cannot be inserted into the floor drain. There must be at least a one-inch air gap between the outlet of the line and the face of the floor drain. Obtain one inch air gap prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
