Observed broken and missing floor tiles collecting water near backroom and three compartment sink. Discussed with person in charge replacing and repairing tiles to maintain smooth and cleanable surfaces, and preventing pooling of substances that could attract pests. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
