Observed numerous containers of food inside the walk-in cooler sitting directly on the floor. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Discussed with person in charge acquiring a storage rack of some sort for their walk-in cooler to keep the food off the ground. Discussed using empty milk crates in the meantime to keep the food off of the floor until a permanent solution is acquired. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Certify all backflow preventers and provide a copy of the backflow preventer test certification.4. Continue to fill all gaps cracks and penetrations (electrical and plumbing ??above walk-in/ice machine).5. Brace the drain line for ice machine with uni-strut to maintain air gap with the floor sink.6.
