Pipes underneath handwashing sink in front observed leaking when sink is used. Brought to attention of person in charge who will inform owner. Plumbing shall be maintained to be in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Both items had been in cooler <4 hours and were moved to walk-in cooler to cool down to proper temperature. Ambient air temperature of cooler measured 53.7'F with min/max thermometer. Do not hold any TCS food in cooler until it is able to hold at 41'F or lower. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
