Splash guard should be to depth of sinks and height of faucet.2) Install cove base in restroom and bar areas.3) Provide smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent ceiling in bar area; acoustical ceiling tiles are not approved. As discussed on site, ceiling tiles make be flipped over (smoother side) and painted to an easily cleanable non-absorbent surface – recommend using semi-gloss or high gloss paint.4) Seal all sinks in bar to wall with caulk or silicone.5) Provide a split toilet seat for restroom.6) Make restroom door self-closing.7) Caulk or silicone toilet to floor.8) If a chemical dispenser will be installed at mop sink, provide a dedicated water line – it cannot be connected to the mop sink faucet.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Report emailed.
