Inspector's notes
Observed quaternary ammonia sanitizer for in use 3 compartment sink at 0ppm concentration. Notified manager, and solution was emptied at time of inspection - instructed employees to refill to proper concentration of 200-400ppm concentration. Reviewed proper sanitizer requirements and procedures - ensure sanitizer is maintained at proper concentration, monitored and do not mix water and pre-mixed sanitizer solution. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
