Management stated they have a work order in for the ice machine. Water was beginning to pool by the walk in and cardboard had been placed inside the walk in to reduce fall risk. The cardboard had become water lodged and staff discarded it, at time of inspection. Discussed routinely moping or squeegeeing the area to keep it as dry as possible. Discussed promptly attending to standing water to reduce fall risk and the risk of tracking contaminates throughout the establishment. Discussed the importance of keeping equipment in good repair.
