Contacted permit holder to follow up on questions related to the addition of new ice making equipment and the possibility of adding a new location for ice production. Recommended they provide information on new equipment once available to determine of a remodel permit application should be submitted and provided general guidance on submitting an application for a new processing location if they follow through with expansion plans.

Discussed the possibility adding new equipment to the operation. Operator was given supervisor's contact information and asked to send over proposed plans and equipment specs. After receiving this information, plan review is to determine further action (ex. if a remodel is required). No County legal action will result from this advisory.
