New owner re-inspection. Most items were completed. Please follow up on the items left before your next inspection:1). Install coved base along the wall with three compartment sink and mop sink. 2). Raise all drain lines and mount off the floor, follow gravity flow and lead to the floor sink. Maintain a 1 inch air gap.3). Close off all the holes in the wall between the back room and storage room. Finish out smooth and cleanable on both sides.4). Install split escutcheons at the water and waste water lines behind the ice machine.5). Replace the one ceiling tile above the ice machine and install a cleanable tile.6) Organize the back room. Per owner request, walk through conducted. This store does not sell milk or other TCS foods. The owner is exploring food service and sink locations.At the time of visit the ice machine was turned off and the Pepsi machine was posted out of service.1). The three compartment sink and the mop sink will be moved to the outside room. Opposite the wall and you can use existing plumbing.2). Install a hand wash sink in this room with the mop sink and the hand wash sink. Make sure to put the hand sink first, then the three compartment sink and the mop sink a little bit further away.3). Run the drain lines, each separate, off the floor along the wall to the floor sink. Maintain gravity flow and keep a 1 inch air gap.4). Patch all holes in the wall and finish out smooth on both sides.5). The AC will be removed, also metal wire and hole will be finished out smooth and easily cleanable.6). In the room with the ice machine and the room with the three compartment sink, install coved base along the wall. Also along the office wall.7). In the room with ice machine, provide washable ceiling in the area, all tiles are washable except one. please change or finish out.8). The gaps in the new office wall will need to be caulked.9). In the room with now the three compartment sink, paint all wood and caulk the gaps along the ceiling on that side of the building.10). Finish the wall in the room with the ice machine, smooth out the dry wall and re-paint.11).
