This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.Discussed date marking and sanitizer test strip supply and maintenance. Sanitizer in 3 compartment sink is currently dispensing at minimum amount for sanitizing food contact equipment. Inspector advised adjusting dispenser to provide around 300 PPM for current Quat Ammonia sanitizer if sanitizer is to be kept in buckets for a few hours with sanitizer cloths or multiple wares are to be washed consecutively. Sisco.Permit approved.Inspection report emailed to store email.Of Note:Discussed area used for drainage of liquid items with manager due to facility not having a prep sink in line with other Domino's restaurants. Establishment is approved for the drainage of liquid items into the first compartment (wash) of 3-compartment sink. Items to be drained including container may not touch the drainboard or sink basin. The adjacent prep table must be used during the process to eliminate chance of cross contamination with food items.This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Fees paid up to this inspection approval do not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so.
