Inspector's notes

Observed butter left on counter with no label and no written policy. According to person in charge, butter is left out for 1 hour then discarded, but at the end of the night is placed back in the refrigerator. Discussed 4-hour time as a control procedure for butter- butter must be logged with the discard time when it is removed from temperature control (4 hours from the time it is removed). Butter must be discarded if not consumed or sold within 4 hours and cannot be placed back into refrigeration. Establishment must also have a written policy stating time as control procedures. Guidance document provided in email. Please provide written policy for using time as a control prior to re-inspection on 6/22/26. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed front of house hand sink with no paper towels. A hand drying provision must be available at all hand sinks at all times to ensure proper handwashing is taking place. Paper towels were stocked at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed butter sitting on counter with an internal temperature of 68*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to manager, butter had been out since 9am and is frequently left out and then put back in the fridge. All TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) foods must maintain internal temperatures of 41*F and below. Butter was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed container of sprinkles and box of cups stored directly on the floor. All food and food related items must be stored 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination from the premises. Please correct and store items 6 inches off the floor prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed ice cream scoops stored in water in a crock pot with a temperature of 105*F. All in-use utensils must be stored in hot water of 135*F and above, or kept dry and washed, rinsed, and sanitized every 4 hours. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed no test strips available for bleach sanitizer. Test strips must be available for the type of sanitizer used in the establishment to ensure proper concentrations are being used. Please obtain correct test strips and email a photo to inspector for re-inspection by 1/15/25. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
