Observed water actively leaking from water heater and water filtration system mounted on the wall. Establishment shall repair all equipment so that it is in good working order and not leaking water and leading to contamination of food prep area. Correct prior to next routine inspection. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
