Inspector's notes
Observed the dishwashing unit located next to the three compartment sink not providing enough chlorine sanitizer (0 ppm) at the time of inspection. Person in charge states they would get a technician out to look at the unit. Discussed how all dishwashing units must provide proper sanitizer concentrations (50-100 ppm of chlorine) to properly sanitize all food contact surfaces. Reinspection will be conducted on or before 8/08/2024. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
