PIC replaced sanitizer with a new container and primed machine at time of inspection. New concentration observed reading 50ppm. Chlorine sanitizer concentration shall be 50-100ppm. Discussed with person in charge to wash dishes in main kitchen and to not use bar dishwasher until it is working properly and dispensing chlorine sanitizer at levels between 50ppm and 100ppm.
