Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris accumulation. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude the accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
