Per the person in charge items had been placed out to thaw 1 hour prior to inspection. The person in charge voluntarily relocated the products to the reach in refrigerator to proceed to thaw. Discussed with the person in charge to follow proper thawing procedures such as: thawing products under refrigeration or running water. Please ensure to use proper thawing procedures at all times.
