PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14, P: When to Wash. -- Upon entering the establishment observed the employee at the grill remove a liner full of trash from the receptacle and and then take it to the back area. The employee returned and handled the trash receptacle placing a new liner in it. The employee then donned blue over gloves and placed a meat patty on the grill. After this the employee removed the trash from another receptacle, took it to the back area, returned and put a new liner into the trash receptacle. The employee then donned regular gloves and worked with several unpackaged food items. At no time did the employee wash her hands during the above sequence of events.
