Inspector's notes

Observed large amount of rodent waste throughout the back stock room and in the aisles with food in the main retail area. Establishment has glue traps and snap traps set out. Amount of rodent waste observed may indicate that more than one rodent is present. Per person in charge there was a pest control company out one week prior to inspection but the pest activity has not declined. Aggressive pest control treatment(s) must occur and result in complete removal of pest prior to reinspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection to occur on or before 8/15/25. Maintain all records from pest control services conducted.
