Establishment uses a quat solution at the 3-compartment sink and did not have quat test strips at time of inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection. Observed 2 cans of Raid pesticide in chemical closet. A restricted use pesticide shall be applied only by an applicator certified as defined in 7 USC 136 Definitions, (e) Certified Applicator, of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, or a person under the direct supervision of a certified applicator. Establishment has a monthly pest control service and there was no evidence of pest at time of inspection. Advised PIC to discard the over the counter pesticides as pest control can only be done by a certified applicator. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
