Person in charge (PIC) was not aware of any changes to menu or whether there has been any outdoor cooking and needs to check with the Boosters. PIC will contact inspector or department once they know what the Boosters are doing with the grill and burgers. Inspector did not observe any cooking or food handling at time of inspection. The current permit is not approved for outdoor cooking.

Inspector's notes
Observed water backed up on and around the grease trap at the concession stand by the football field. Person in charge (PIC) stated that the concession stand is not being used and will not be used until Fall during next school year. PIC and facilities manager called the plumber. PIC stated that Plumber is scheduled to be onsite within the same day or tomorrow morning at the latest. School is not to use the concession stand until inspector has completed the re-inspection and observed repairs and observed that water can drain properly. ****Re-inspection is scheduled for 04/28/2025. *** Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
