Talked to manager about it. It was kegged from a coffee processor that has a permit with Maricopa County, This keg was from 3-19, it is 4-4 today. Kegged cold brew coffee operations can only be in kegs for 48 hours without having a variance for the product. Send staff the cold brew guidance document. Ensure that kegged cold brew from a county permitted establishment is only sealed for 48 hours, or regular cold brew kept in the fridge for up to 7 days.
