#41 — Wiping Cloths; Properly Used and StoredCore3-304.14

Inspector's notes

Observed a bucket of wiping cloths sitting in sanitizer. Per PIC the cloths are used for wiping down surfaces as they work throughout the day. Upon testing with facilities test strips the chlorine level measured <50ppm that did not induce color change on strip. Testing was replicated in triplicate with PIC with no change to test strips. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Concentration of sanitizer was corrected and wiping clothes were placed in approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
