Inspector discussed approved pest control methods such as using a Certified Pest Control Operator only, as pesticides are not permitted inside food or drink establishments due to risk of contamination. Priority Foundation-5-205.11, Pf: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Observed the hand sink across from the register blocked with miscellaneous items. Employee instructed inspector to wash hands in the 3 compartment sink. Inspector explained the requirement for using a designated hand sink for handwashing vs. a 3 compartment sink that is to be used only for ware-washing. PIC removed all items from the hand sink basin. Hand sinks must be empty and used only for hand washing. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
