The y-valve was not connected to the mop sink line, but rather, another direct line. Connected to the y-valve, was an additional y-valve and two lines leading to two separate chemical dispensers that were hung on the wall. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that chemical lines cannot be connected to y-valves on a direct line. Inspector asked PIC to have a plumber come out and make changes as necessary. Inspector left PDF copy of y-valve and chemical dispenser guidance for reference to assist PIC and plumber. Correct prior to re-inspection. *** Re-inspection scheduled for 7/24/25
