Observed fruit flies flying inside of the donut case. Discussed with person in charge to seek out pest control services for the fruit flies. Establishment is receiving treatment for fruit flies. Discussed with person in charge to consult with pest control services on treatment/additional treatment(s) that will address the high number of fruit flies observed. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
