Observed several fruit flies inside of the donut case. Discussed with person in charge to seek out licensed pest control service to address the fruit flies in the establishment. The PIC will reach out to pest control services. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed organic matter on the inside of some of the soda fountain nozzles at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles on a more frequent basis to prevent the formation of organic matter inside the soda fountain nozzles. The soda fountain nozzles in question were taken to the 3-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
