Observed wet wiping cloths sitting in sanitizer buckets with 0ppm quaternary ammonia as measured on quaternary ammonia test strips. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Had PIC make new sanitizer buckets, which measured 200ppm quaternary ammonia on quaternary ammonia test strips. Discussed testing sanitizer concentrations when filling up buckets. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
