Observed a chef place a raw burger patty on the grill with their gloved hands. Then without first washing their hands observed the chef change their gloves and handle ready to eat foods (lettuce, sliced tomato, burger bun). Observed dishwasher employee rinsing off dirty dishes and silverware before placing them in the mechanical dish machine to be sanitized. Then without first washing their hands observed the dish washer employee put away/stack the dishes that were sanitized in the mechanical dish machine.
