PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14, P: When to Wash. ===Observed employee with gloves touch raw chicken and place into deep fryer basket. Employee with contaminated gloved hands proceeded in touching handle. Cashier employee moved and touched contaminated area with bare hands and proceeded in directly making nugget orders and French Fries orders. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC will have employee wash contaminated hands. PIC washed and sanitized contaminated handles. Same cashier is observed touching face, glasses; hat and face. Employee with contaminated hands proceeded in directly making frostees and iced beverages with ice scoop. Notified PIC; PIC will have employee wash hands.=====Employee not washing hands between working with raw food and RTE food. Employee not washing hands after engaging in other activities that may contaminate the hands.
