Inspector's notes

Observed the main handwashing sink in the bakery without paper towels. The manager radioed employees to replace the paper towels at the time of inspection. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks to be ALWAYS maintained unobstructed and accessible. After discussion with the person in charge, it has been determined that the root cause of the violation was a verification breakdown, which resulted in the violation Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
