observed the facility automatic dishwasher in disrepair. after manager ran the equipment several cycles. reading 0ppm on sanitizer test strip for chlorine. also checked the manual sanitizer was dispenser for the facility multiquat. noted at 0ppm for multiquat ammonia. manager placed a service call for the servicing of the equipment. meanwhile showed staff how to manually dispense enough multi quat to ensure day used dishes are being sanitized effectively. manager was informed regarding the 24 hours re-inspection scheduled for 5-7-2026 Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

observed sanitizer in use for the facility wiping towels, checked, flashing dark green , exceeding 400 ppm. manager diluted sanitizer to 200 ppm. manager will train staff on proper mixing/dispensing for on-site sanitizer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
