Observed no hot water on-site at tme of inspection. Hot water of: 100°F is required at all handwash sinks; 110°F at all other sinks; 120°F at mechanical warewashing units sanitizing with chemicals; and 140°F at mechanical warewashing units sanitizing with high temperature. Provide adequate hot water at all sink fixtures prior to re-inspection. PIC called maintenance and stated that the hot water supply should be restored by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed cold holding unit nearest to service window with Hotdogs, ground beef, turkey, ham, sliced cheese, tuna, sandwiches, cut tomatoes, and cut lettuce all at a temperature between 48-50*F. Person in charge explained that they brought everything from the main kitchen at 9:30am temperatures were taken shortly before 1:30pm. Time had not exceeded 4 hours while out of temperature.
