Observed food debris on the floor in walk in fridge as well as rust and food debris all over the shelving units in walk in fridge. Discussed with person in charge about cleaning frequency. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
