Observed several hand sinks without hot water, at 74F. The main dishwashing area and back room all has hot water, just not present for the 3-4 hand sinks in the main room. Talked to staff about hand sink requirements, and gave card. Ensure there is hot water present above 100F from all hand sinks in the facility. Send picture of obtained hot water within 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
