This establishment received a B Grade and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection report emailed. A reinspection will occur on or before Friday, February 2nd to ensure violation #31 is corrected. A pattern of non-compliance is developing for Priority violation # [20],[3-501.16(A)(2) and (B)], which has been noted during this inspection. An Active Managerial Control intervention plan visit was offered to the person in charge. Failure to correct repeat violations may result in legal action. On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees. We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal. Repeat Violation PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B), P: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4576/AMC-Toolbox---Cold-Holding. --Observed multiple TCS food items (such as cooked hot dogs) in the prep cooler by the grill with internal temperatures between 52-55°F at the time of inspection. The ambient air temperature of this unit was 52.3°F (see violation 31). The Person in Charge (PIC) stated the temperature of this unit and food inside was 38°F less than 4 hours before the inspection time, so food was removed from this unit and placed in a different refrigeration unit. This unit will not be used until it is repaired. Discussed cold holding policies and monitoring procedures with PIC. Ensure all food being maintained by cold holding has internal temperature of 41°F or below at all times. This is the second consecutive violation. The lid on this unit is damaged, leaving an open gap where air can escape, and is unable to open properly. This unit will not be used until it is repaired and able to maintain ambient air temperatures of 41°F or below at ALL TIMES. A reinspection will occur on or before Friday, February 2nd to ensure this violation is corrected. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
