Final construction inspection walk through. Construction complete and approved.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Pre-final walk through for McAlister's. Construction is almost complete and approved. Hot water is available and all refrigeration equipment is in and holding at proper temperatures. Store is okay to stock and train. Superintendent will follow up on the items below before the final inspection:1). Fly fan at the back door will receive a micro switch.2). Drive through window sensor will be wired up.3). Please touch up grout where there are holes, along prep sink floor sink and under dish wash gutter in between and top, corner in walk-in cooler, tile edges at the mop sink and where occurring.4). Please finish out the edge around the trench drain.5) Please install a drain on the ice bin. Make sure to also mount the other ice machine drain.6). Drain line on the hot well will need to be mounted.7). Hot well faucet is leaking, please repair.8). Please replace the backflow housing part of the eductor in the veggie wash dispenser and provide a full air gap.9). Mount the drain in the counter in the drive through counter.10). The ladies room tempering valve will need to be adjusted. No County legal action will result from this inspection.E-mailed report.

Pre-final inspection walk trough with the superintendent:1). Please install an escutcheon plate at the walk-in condensate drain line.2). Line the filer back wash drain up with the opening in the floor sink grate.3). Back door will have a micro switch.4). Walk-in penetrations will be filled in and finished out.5). Please provide coved base in the front service area along the toe kicks of the back counter and where missing.6). Under the front counter please lift up any electrical whips.7). Please seal base tile at wall where open and finish grouting around electrical and soda line chase penetrations.8). Caulk the hood at the wall junctures.9) Backflow vale upstream of the soda system will be tested and certified.10). Caulk FRP where cut wide under the west wall hand sink.11). Provide air gas for the proofer and hot box, as large as possible.12). Provide an elbow on the proofer box so the water line is secured.13). Please seal drop in ice walls at the counter junctures after cleaning.14). One uni-strut is missing at the pre-wash station.15). Dual check valves will be installed for all beverage machines.16). Construction inspection. Met with electrician and it sounds like the store McAllister and Jamba Juice are on hold until October this year due to lack of power. Construction work seems to be about complete. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Auto-e-mail.
