Observed cardboard packages and lone cans and bottles of various sports drinks and sodas on the floor of the walk in cooler closest to the three compartment sink. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Exceptions to 6 inch rule: food in packages and working containers on case lot handling equipment, pressurized beverage containers, food in waterproof containers (bottles, cans), milk containers in plastic milk crates. NOTE: Regarding these exceptions, floor must be clean and not exposed to floor moisture. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Y-valve was installed under an atmospheric vacuum breaker in the mop sink and connected to chemical dispensers and the water supply. Y-valve must be removed. A separate water supply must be provided for chemical dispensers. Provided educational handouts and discussed the repair with the management. Repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
