A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. Inspector's notes
Observed an open box of soda dispenser refill packs on the ground by the three compartment sink. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Exceptions to 6 inch rule: food in packages and working containers on case lot handling equipment, pressurized beverage containers, food in waterproof containers (bottles, cans), milk containers in plastic milk crates. NOTE: Regarding these exceptions, floor must be clean and not exposed to floor moisture. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
