The person in charge (PIC) stated a work order has been placed and employees have been instructed not to store TCS items in beverage walk-in until repairs are completed. At the time of inspection, the PIC voluntarily discarded the smoothies, orange juice, and bacon and stated the inspector will be contacted once walk-in repairs are completed.
