Observed cracked and broken light shield over LED lights in walk-in. Discussed removing or replacing the protective covering for the LED lights. Observed lights above food prep area with no light shield. Please install a new light shield in order to prevent the migration of deleterious substances prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
