Observed raw shrimp sitting in standing water inside food prep sink of seafood section. Per PIC, raw shrimp was undergoing thawing process. All foods being thawed from frozen shall be thawed in an approved manner. Foods shall be thawed under refrigeration, under cold running water, or as part of the cooking process. PIC placed raw shrimp under running cool water in food prep sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
