Observed large mixing bowls stored on floor blocking path to handwash sink next to 3-compartment sink. Handwash sinks shall be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities shall be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Person in charge (PIC) relocated large mixing bowls blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed unlabeled common-use spray bottles containing clear liquid stored on shelves throughout bakery department. Per PIC, spray bottles were filled with water. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
