Observed two grocery bags full of reduced oxygen packaged jerky with no labels inside of the walk-in. Person in charge stated the jerky served and distributed through the establishment. Person in charge does not have an invoice to show who the supplier is. Person in charge will reach out to supplier to get an invoice. Advised person in charge to hold product until invoice showing approved source is provided. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 11/01/24.
