Inspector's notes

Observed 0ppm chlorine sanitizer at the mechanical dishwasher in the dish area after running multiple times. Observed quat sanitizer connected to the machine. Discussed with PIC that the dishwasher is calibrated and timed to be used with chlorine sanitizer only. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels (50-100ppm). PIC flushed the supply line with water, connected the correct chlorine sanitizer and primed the machine. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed 20+ fruit and houseflies in the dish pit area. Observed the front door propped open without the aid of an air curtain. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection on 9/4/2026. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
