Observed torn gasket being held in place by duct tape on the interior of the reach in cooler doors. Observed top cover of floor mixer with broken pieces held together with duct tape. Discussed replacing torn gaskets to allow for proper seal of the reach in cooler doors and repairing or replacing the cover of the floor mixer to prevent incidental conatmination during food prep. Discussed, all equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times, smooth and easily cleanable. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed a closed bottle of blue glitter glue in a bag with other containers of edible food grade food colorings stored on a shelf above a prep table next to the freezer chest. The person in charge removed the bottle of glitter glue and disposed of it at the time of inspection. Discussed with the person in charge food shall be protected from contamination that may result from the addition of unsafe or unapproved food or color additives and from unsafe or unapproved levels of approved food and color additives. :
