Observed tamales, rice pudding, salsa and pico de gallo in fridge by main doorway entrance with an internal temperature of 48F. Person in charge states that items are stored there overnight. Fridge unit found to measure 50F at end of the unit but in middle section found to be at 41F. Establishment has other fridge units to work with. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Person in charge states that fruit was cut two hours prior. had person charge move TCS fruit to other unit as well as discard prepackaged smoothies. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
