Observed employee drop a baggie of veggies on the ground, then proceeded to pick it up, and continued to use the same glove for additional food prep tasks like touching additional bags of food. Talked to manager about handwashing policy. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from touching the ground, to other food prep tasks in the facility. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
