Option: remove ro tank; remove RO system; or add ASSE 1022 RPZ backflow preventer to water line. Of note: Establishment has homestyle Whirpool black and stainless steel. When replaced the unit will need to be commercial grade NSF or equivalent. Recommend: ensure restroom door is self closing.

Establishment does not have a drain board or accessible rack to hold dishes after sanitizing, and the three compartment sink has the third compartment blocked for air drying dishes. Drainboards, UTENSIL racks, or tables large enough to accommodate all soiled and cleaned items that may accumulate during hours of operation shall be provided for necessary UTENSIL holding before cleaning and after SANITIZING. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
