Explained to PIC that ice is a food because they use it in their drinks and the inside of the machine is a food contact surface that needs to be cleaned frequently to prevent the accumulation of organic matter. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
