Observed a build up of organic matter in drain in the stock room behind the soda dispensers. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. PIC stated that this drain will be cleaned. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

THIS IS THE 4TH REPEAT VIOLATION. Observed slimy organic matter accumulating on the dispensing pipes inside of the soda machine ice bins. Ice bins must be cleaned as frequently as necessary to prevent organic matter growth. Please have ice bins cleaned and continued to be cleaned more frequently. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
